Agreement between User and drivemoore.org
Welcome to drivemoore.org. The drivemoore.org website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by D Moore Services LLC (“Drive Moore”). drivemoore.org is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of drivemoore.org constitutes your agreement to all such Terms.

This is a Transportation Network Company (TNC) website & app.
Your use of drivemoore.org is subject to Drive Moore’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Visiting drivemoore.org or sending emails to Drive Moore constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Drive Moore is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account.
Drive Moore and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Drive Moore does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of eighteen. If you are under 18, you may not use “Drive Moore” unless with (& only with) permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel anytime! No Refunds!!
You can apply to the same subscription at any time (before renewal), but you cannot subscribe again unless subscription renews automatically, subscription is upgraded, or discontinued.
Ride Cancellation – Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 2 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge of $13.55. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 2 hours prior to your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment in the website or on the app.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of Drive Moore and Drive Moore is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Drive Moore is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Drive Moore of the site or any association with its operators.
Certain services made available via drivemoore.org are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the drivemoore.org domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Drive Moore may share such information and data with any third party with whom Drive Moore has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of drivemoore.org users and customers.

The Site may contain bulletin boards, chat areas, forums, communities, and other communication services. You agree to use these services only for lawful and appropriate purposes and not to post harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.
Drive Moore reserves the right to review and remove any content and to terminate access to Communication Services at any time without notice.
Drive Moore does not claim ownership of materials you submit. By submitting content, you grant Drive Moore permission to use, reproduce, and publish such materials in connection with its services.
You may connect your Drive Moore account to third-party accounts. By doing so, you consent to the sharing of information according to your privacy settings.
The Service is operated from the USA. If accessed from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drive Moore from any claims arising from your use of the Site.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Disputes must be resolved individually. Class or representative actions are not permitted.
All information, software, products, and services are provided “as is” without warranty. Drive Moore shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Site.
Drive Moore may terminate access at any time. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Drive Moore reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
